Golf Fitness: T-Plank Pushups

This meathead from Athletic Golf Training demonstrates a good exercise to help you strengthen your core. A stable core is important because it’s the main link between your upper and lower body and is what keeps all the parts of your swing working in unison.

Recommended that you start off with smaller dumbbells to avoid hurting yourself. Let me know how you get on with this exercise.
