Mark Crossfield and his mini-meathead friend show us the proper way to do deep squats. I don’t workout and when I do, I never ever workout my lower half. I’ll have to try this out though as I sometimes have trouble maintaining my spine angle and tend to push my right hip in when I want to crush the ball.
Maybe it’s cause I swing way too hard or maybe it’s cause I have a weak lower half… I’ll go with the latter and see if these deep squats help out. Give it a try and let me know your swing improves. Cheers!
